A new theatre class designed for students 11-13 years old who wish to take their performance skills to the next level. Students will memorize small excerpts from some of my favorite dramatic literature and rehearse and workshop their scenes in class. Every few weeks we will have new scenes to learn and work. But it’s not all work…there will be lots of play too! Theatre games will be a lively start to every class to get us loose and ready for the spotlight! If the schedule allows, we may try to showcase some of these scenes for the parents at the end of the semester. (Some stage experience is recommended but not required).
