What is Secondary Academy?

Secondary Academy provides a structured learning environment for grades 6-12 from a Christian perspective.  We do not replace parents as the primary school rather our goal is to support your family in  your homeschool journey.

Schedule:

Meets twice a week (Monday & Wednesday).
Full academic curriculum with complete instruction in the classroom.

Students can take up to 5 courses per semester.
Prepares students for higher education & career pathways.

How the Parent-Teacher Partnership Works

Core classes are designed to be academically rigorous to prepare students for success in college while our electives are less demanding and designed to meet the needs of all students.

Teacher Responsibilities:
Provide weekly in-class instruction.
Our teachers provide grades for each of the classes and report cards are generated on a quarterly basis.
Parent Responsibilities:
Each class offered in the program includes full instruction.  That means you will not need to teach these classes at home, although students should plan to work under the supervision of their homeschool instructor for at least two additional days per week outside of the class meeting days.
