Class Description –
This class gives musicians the opportunity to play together as a group while continuing to strengthen their individual skills. Students will learn how to blend with other players, follow musical cues, maintain rhythm within an ensemble, and contribute confidently to group sound.

Because this course builds on foundational guitar skills, it is designed for students who have already learned basic chords, strumming patterns, and playing techniques. Class time focuses on collaborative musicmaking, developing musicianship, and enjoying the experience of performing together.

Guitar Jam Session Ensemble is ideal for students who are ready to move beyond solo practice and join in the fun of making music as a team.

Prerequisites – Ability to play the guitar.
