This course introduces students to the fundamentals of a variety of sports while also teaching personal exercise routines that support lifelong health and fitness. Students will develop basic skills, learn rules and strategies, and build confidence across multiple athletic activities. This class is ideal for students who enjoy trying new sports and want a broad, skills-focused experience. Sport offerings will vary between the fall and spring semesters to provide a wide range of opportunities.
