Class Description: In this class, students develop essential technology skills that support academic success in middle school, high school, and beyond. Students will practice touch-typing, explore email applications, and apply proper email etiquette for school and professional communication. Students will also learn how to create and format documents in Google Docs, save and organize files in Google Drive, and complete introductory tasks using basic spreadsheet applications. Designed with older middle school and high school students in mind, this course equips them to confidently submit assignments electronically and manage digital workflows. High school students benefit from strengthening the foundational skills they will rely on for research papers, collaborative projects, and college-level coursework.
