Lunch and Literature
All Ages
Mrs. Zina Cowan/Teen aides
Our Lunch and Literature class is the perfect blend of enjoyment and enrichment, designed to nurture creativity, camaraderie, and curiosity! During this 50-minute session, students will enjoy a group lunch break followed by organized games, engaging activities, and playground fun that builds friendships and fosters joyful energy. But the excitement doesn’t end there!
Each week, students will receive inspiring book suggestions and at-home activities that
spark their imagination and encourage independent reading. Monthly, we gather together for in-class, book club-style discussions where ideas come to life and stories transform into unforgettable adventures. Our book list follows a 3-year cycle, ensuring fresh and captivating selections year after year.
