Gather & Grow Spring Festival Volunteer Form- April 11, 2026, 3-6 PM

We would love your help in making this event a success! Please sign up for a one-hour volunteer shift during the festival.

All volunteer positions are open to both students and adults, and we strongly encourage families to serve together. It is a great way to be involved and make memories while supporting our community.

You are welcome to sign up for more than one time slot if you would like to help in multiple areas.

One form per volunteer please.

Set-Up Crew (11 AM - 12 PM)- Set Up Tables/Chairs
Decoration Crew (12 PM - 1 PM)- Set Up Tablecloths, signage, decorations
Greeters- Meet guests as they arrive at the main door and pass out schedules and information.
Traveling MC- Travels Hallways Making Announcements
Stage Crew - Help move performers and equipment on and off stage during performances
Food/Drink/Snack Area- Assist as needed in this area.
Sound Booth- Help adjust microphones and play music as needed for stage acts. This position will require one adult and one student for every hour and a brief training.
Volunteer Check-In- Check in volunteers every hour and tell them where they need to be.
Tear Down Crew (6-7 PM)- Take Down Tables/Chairs, tablecloths. take out trash, Set up chairs in Sanctuary
