Welcome to Home Run Ministries! 

We thank you for considering the many opportunities Home Run offers your home school family.  Our primary objective is to assist you in your home school journey.   We offer academic classes for students in grades 4 - 12 on Mondays and Wednesdays, a wide variety of enrichment classes on Fridays for students ranging in age from 2 - 14, a home school mom support group, Scholastic Achievement Test preparation classes, and yearly achievement testing, all in a Christ-centered environment.

New Class!!

SCHOLASTIC APTITUDE TEST PREPARATION CLASS-This will be a comprehensive preparatory class for the Critical Reading and Writing sections, formerly called the VERBAL section, of the Scholastic Aptitude Test  for college admission.  High school students will learn strategies and practice sentence completions, passage-based reading, improving sentences, and improving paragraphs.  In addition, they will practice organizing their thoughts and composing the timed (25 minutes) essay now required on the SAT.  Kathy Carman will teach this helpful year-long review class on Friday afternoons.  The class costs $200, which includes the cost of the book.

SUPER FRIDAY REGISTRATION FOR FALL 2009

WILL BEGIN ON MAY 1, 2009.

Registration for the Stanford Achievement Testing is now complete for 2009. 

Testing will take place in May.
