Description:
This spring semester course will focus on basic life support, common injuries and illnesses, and emergency procedures, with hands-on practice and scenario-based learning to ensure students are prepared to respond effectively. Demonstrations from experts should also be included.

Expectations:
In addition to the two days of face-to-face classes, students are expected to work at least two more days under the supervision of the homeschool teacher.

Prerequisites:
• This class requires a maturity to be able to consider and address emergency situations demonstrated in a classroom environment.
